غراء ثنائي المكون شبه صلب قائم على البولي يوريثان .

Vetoset UA456 is a two-component, polyurethane-based binder system for horizontal applications, used to join sandwich panel elements and other similar constructions made of different materials. It is a blend of premium quality pure hydrophobic polyurethane resin, cured with a special grade of hardener, and reinforced with fine fillers

الاستخدامات

  • Suitable for both industrial and commercial applications, exhibiting excellent bonding between substrates such as artificial  grass, PVC, sandwich panels, glass, cement boards, metal, wood, rubber, fiber cement, and mineral wool.
  • Used as a tile adhesive horizontally on steel substrates.

تعليمات الاستخدام

Properly mixed materials should be spread or filled over the cleaned surface using a suitable tool, as per requirement demands, on the entire area without leaving any gaps.

Clean tools with Vetonit Solvent XX400 promptly before the material hardens. Cured material must be mechanically removed.

  • Vetoset UA456 should not be applied at temperatures below 10°C.
  • For concrete and wooden surfaces, the moisture content should be less than 4%.
  • Primer is generally not required on non-porous surfaces but may be necessary for optimal sealing of certain porous surfaces
